Bourne Bed and Breakfast's guest accommodations include seven bedrooms, each individually appointed with family and traditional furnishings. Each guest room is uniquely different - from our first-floor garden suite, with private deck in the garden, to our third-floor "attic" boasting a king size bed.
All our guest rooms and suites feature private baths, mini-refrigerators, televisions, individually-controlled heat and air-conditioning, and hair dryers. Complementary wireless is available throughout the Inn. A hearty Continental Breakfast is served daily.
Our two suites (Quincy's Garden Suite and Snicker's Suite) also come with a complementary bottle of wine upon check-in, as well as the option for extended parking in our lot on your day of departure (see details under Policies). For the comfort of our guests we are smoke-free inside the Inn (rooms and common areas) as well outside across the property.
And for those chilly nights our Snicker's Suite has a private gas fireplace to help warm you up!

And as it turned out we've had seven dogs between us (and seven rooms at the Inn). So you will see that reflected in the rooms and in some of the decorations as well.

Room 1 - Sable's Bay Room
Located on the first floor, this room is one of our larger rooms, and boasts a beautiful bay window along with palladium windows along the front of the house. The room contains a Queen bed, bathtub with shower, and sink separate from the shower/toilet. This room is conveniently located just steps from the front door for easy in and out access. Outside of Summer high season this room can accommodate a dog (see Policies tab for details).

Room 3 - Dreyfus' Den Located on the first floor, this is our newest room. Cozy and convenient to the large living room/dining room, this room houses a Queen bed, and has beautiful views of the secluded backyard. Bathroom includes a shower with window in the bathroom.

Room 5 - Heidi's Hideaway Located on the third floor, this room has all the charm of a top floor room in an old Victorian, exuding a cozy atmosphere with its King size bed, slanted roof line and palladium window. The bathroom contains shower and window to complement this out of the way room.

Room 2 - Melonique's Boudoir
Located on the second floor, this room is one of our more elegant guest rooms, with a 4 post Queen bed, period furniture, and a relaxed, bright, comfortable setting. The bathroom houses a bathtub with shower, along with a window.

Room 4 - Snicker's Suite Located on the second floor, this three room suite contains a full bedroom with Queen bed, sitting room with love seat and gas fireplace, and a large airy bathroom with shower. Facing the side and back of the Inn, the views of the yard are beautiful. The suite comes with a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival, as well as extended parking after you check-out (up until 3pm on day of departure).

Room 6 - Sandy's Attic Located on the third floor, this room comes with a Queen bed, large separate sitting area, and a showered bathroom with window. Out of the way and quietly situated on the top floor, this room provides a sanctuary facing the backyard of the Inn.

Room 7 - Quincy's Garden Suite
Located on the first floor, this bright and airy 3 room suite is the largest in the Inn. It includes a queen bedroom, large separate sitting area, and showered bathroom. The suite has more of an apartment feel with a nice hallway separating bedroom from sitting room, and bathroom set off the hallway. It is one of the newer rooms in the Inn and boasts a small private deck off the bedroom and facing the back and side gardens, along with a separate entrance from the front porch (along with the regular inside entrance).
