Reservations & Deposits
We do not take a deposit at time of reservation, but a credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card accepted.
Check in: between 4:00pm and 7:00pm. We ask that at time of booking you provide an idea of when you'll be arriving during this window so we can plan for your check-in accordingly.

Cancellations
Credit card will not be charged if cancellations are made more than 14 days prior to scheduled stay. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to scheduled stay, credit card will be charged for the stay (only if the room is not re-rented).
There is a $25 service fee for cancellations within the 14 day prior to scheduled stay window.
No refunds for early departure and you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.
Additional Information
Each room accommodates two persons (additional per night charge for third occupant). Please inquire at time of booking as not all rooms can accommodate a third guest.
Children. We unfortunately are not able to accommodate new guests requesting to bring children (under 18 years old).
Pets: We do have one room at the Inn which can accommodate dogs (Sable's Bay), but only outside of the summer high season. You must call to make your reservation if you intend to bring your dog so that we can make the proper arrangements. There is a $50 fee for a dog (one time fee for the length of your visit).
For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a complete smoke-free Inn (inside as well as outside across the entire property grounds).
Minimum stay may be required during peak season & special events. Please inquire for details.
Our two suites (Quincy's Garden Suite and Snicker's Suite) come with a complementary bottle of wine upon arrival. We are also pleased to offer extended parking on your day of departure as a bonus for our suite guests. After your check-out (11am) you may leave your car in the parking lot up until 3pm so that you can make the most of your departure day in Ogunquit! This offer is only available to guests staying in one of our suites.
We are pleased to accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice.

Please note:
- as we are a small Inn with no front desk we do ask that you plan your arrival during this window of time. If that is not feasible please phone us as soon as possible. There is a fee of $25 for guests arriving after 7pm unless we can make some prior coordinated arrangements by phone prior to your day of arrival.
- if you arrive at the Inn before 4pm please make sure you check in with us upon arrival. Our parking lot can only accommodate one car per room and if you arrive and leave your car we have no way of knowing if it is a guest's car or someone who is not staying with us.
